Refund Qualification Checklist

  • • Course progress at or below 10% milestone
  • • Certificate not yet generated or claimed

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be provided when:

  • The account has been used in violation of PCA's Terms of Service.

Ineligibility Notice

If a learner has completed greater than 10% of the curriculum or more than 15 days have elapsed, the purchase is considered fully delivered and finalized.

3. Course Cancellation or Technical Issues

If PCA cancels a purchased course without providing a suitable alternative, learners will be eligible for a full refund.

If a verified technical issue prevents access to purchased content and PCA cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable period, the learner may request a refund.

4. Duplicate or Incorrect Payments

Duplicate payments or incorrect charges will be reviewed and, once verified, refunded to the original payment method where possible.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be initiated within 10 business days of approval. The time required for the amount to appear in the learner's account may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

Any applicable transaction fees or deductions will be communicated before the refund is finalized, subject to applicable law.
